   Ouh! Ouh! This looks really fun! Is it free admission? Are there any further details on this?I’d really like to come, insya Allah…or at least I can think of a person or two who would like to come.

   Salaam – yep admission is completely free! InshA bring along as many people as you wish. This is the first event of SOAS Islamic society’s ‘Green Week’ – an initiative taken to raise awareness of the environment in a fun, innovative, Islamic way! Many people think that Islam hasnt got much to do with all the greeny stuff BUT this seminar aims to show how, in fact, these two go hand in hand!

   We also have another event on Tuesday night called ‘Tafseer: Reflections on Surah Ar-Rahman and Climate Change’. InshA i’ll pass more info on about that soon iA.

   OH NOES! I totally missed it :( :( :( Please let us all know if there will be any similar events in the future.

   Any blog reports, videos of podcasts from the event?

   I’m not sure Hidayah… I’ll ask the sister who told me about it, insha’Allah.

   But if you’re in London on the 8th March, there is another event titled: “An Introduction to Islam and the Environment”. Find more details on the Islamic Courses website.
